Dr. Stephenson has lived in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Utah and Washington. Currently he resides in Bend with his wife Traci and his daughters Faith, Kayla, Paige and Carly. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Zoology at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Several years later, Chad graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Throughout his schooling he worked as an IT consultant for companies such as Accenture, FEDEX, and H&R Block. Chad has always been self motivated and always seeks to do his best. Chad describes himself as happy and determined. His favorite hobbies include hiking, tennis, music, and consumer technology. He has a great love for his family and enjoys spending time with them more than doing anything else. He takes great pride in his work and makes every effort to keep his patients and their smiles healthy and happy.

Nicole Goodman (formerly Plamondon),  has lived in central Oregon off and on for 30 years. She graduated from La Pine High School in 1995. She then attended Boise State, Portland Community College and Central Oregon Community College. In 2003, Nicole graduated from the Oregon Institute of Technology with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene degree. While raising her son Treyton, she continues to work full time. Nicole enjoys reading, gardening, watching movies with her son and is active in her church.
