Dr. Chad Stephenson is a Doctor of Dental Surgery, who received his degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. But dentistry is not his only expertise. He also has his Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology from Brigham Young University and his Masters of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University. Once you meet him, you will find he has a well-rounded education which informs the way he looks at dental procedures.
Dr. Stephenson stays up-to-date on the newest dental techniques by attending continuing education classes and a dental implant study club as a local Bend dentist. He looks at dentistry as a service that all his patients should feel comfortable with and strives to provide a calming atmosphere. He builds relationships with each of his clients while ensuring they
Growing up as an Eagle Scout, Dr. Stephenson can be found enjoying the Central Oregon great outdoors when he’s not working with patients. Exploring the wilderness, hiking, and mountain biking with his wonderful family are a few of his favorite things. He and his wife Traci have six children: Faith, Kayla, Paige, Carly, Blake, and Jenna.

Kylee Holly, RDH, Hygienist
Kylee graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with her Bachelor’s degree in 2021. She was born and raised in Tumalo, Oregon and is so excited to help with dental care needs in her community. When not in the office she enjoys going to the lake, arts and crafts, and spending time with her growing family.
Sailor Woodward, RDH, Hygienist
Sailor was born and raised in Central Oregon, where her passion for helping others and promoting healthy smiles began. After working as a dental assistant, Sailor decided to take her career to the next level and graduated from Pacific University Dental Hygiene School in 2024. Outside of the office, Sailor enjoys photography, spending quality time with family, and going to the lake.
Lindsay Cushman, RDH, Hygienist
Lindsay earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Pacific University, graduating with honors. Before becoming a hygienist, she worked as a dental assistant for seven years, which sparked her passion for building genuine connections with patients. Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as cooking, baking and reading.
Michele, Office Manager
Michele enjoys getting to know each of our patients so that they feel welcomed every time that they walk into our dental practice. Over her years of working in the dental field she has become very familiar with all of the different insurance plans and likes helping the patients to maximize their benefits. In her spare time Michele can be found exploring the outdoors with her husband Michael of almost 30 years and their daughter, Makaylee.
Erica, EFDA Dental Assistant
Erica has been working with us since 2017. She is an expanded function dental assistant and graduated from the COCC dental assisting program. She enjoys the outdoors and all the fun that central Oregon has to offer. Erica is married to Jake, the most wonderful man she has ever met. Dog watching is her favorite pastime.
Alyssa, EFDA Dental Assistant
Alyssa was trained on the job and joined our team in 2024. She was born and raised in Central Oregon. When not at work she enjoys hiking with her dog Pearl, and working on her many hobbies.
Peyton, EFDA Dental Assistant
Peyton graduated as an EFDA Dental Assistant in 2015 before coming to work with the Juniper Dental team. She was born and raised in Central Oregon and loves talking to patients about our beautiful surroundings. When Peyton isn’t interacting with patients making them feel welcome, she spends time with her husband Mason and son Marshall. Spending time with her family is the most important thing in her life and she always looks for a chance to inspire others.
